Description: This beautiful watercolor is an original artwork. It is signed G. Sarlin?? and dated '56 although it could be 36. I am guessing 1956 as it doesn't look older. It is taped to the matte and was in cheap frame, but I removed it to make sure the artwork was not a print. Upon inspection it doesn't have the tell tale dots of reproductions, so it is the real deal. It is a lovely scene and very well done. I'm not sure who the artist is, but the work speaks volumes for his/her talent. The colors are still really nice and the paper is in good condition as is the matte. The Matte is 11x14 the interior where the art is measures 8.5" x 5" Happy Shopping!
