Description: Here we have a vintage modified O.S. Max 40 FP engine with extras. Engine was modified to fit a Tatone clamp muffler for a enclosed cowl. Engine also has a O.S. Engines REAR FIXING #71918000 back plate mount installed. Selling as used due to modifications and unknown run time, but engine doesn't appear to have seen much use if it was ever run at all. The carburetor moves free and smooth, needle valves are not seized, and the engine turns over. Includes engine and extras, everything as shown in the pictures: original box, instructions, warranty card, carl goldberg spinner instructions, Tatone muffler instructions and black tubing, backing plate, backing plate gasket, mounting template, 2 decal sets, misc hardware, fuel tubing, double side tape, 2 small allen wrenches and key.
