Description: I believe that this is a photo of Tsingtao (now Qingdao). This photograph was found at an estate sale amongst other items owned by Robert Runyan the noted graphic designer. Mr. Runyan was in Tsingtao during his service in World War II and was interested in photography. We acquired hundreds of photos (many with the negatives and in the original developers envelopes) that he apparently took at an estate sale of one of his children. Many are of the city but also many of the US military premises and personnel. And some of himself. This photo’s measurements are approximately 3.5 inches across by 4.5 inches tall. It is not completaly flat but has curled a small amount from age. Please check photos for condition. I’m happy to try to answer any questions. ---- At ESG HQ, we always try to use as much recycled packaging and packing materials as possible ---- Thanks for looking! 😀
