My guess is there's a slow leak from the fill spout or possibly around the window area, but I cannot find a hole that is letting out air. Update: after 24 hours, it had lost a small amount of air which was noticeable only when squeezing it. After being inflated one week, it has lost about 1/2 the air and would definitely need a refill.
