Could be fixed (see last photo) Green paint on back of right arm Dots of something on sleeve Very small white blemish on chest of jacket (Pictured included of things listed above) If you put this jacket on and wire it as it is, no one would see the rip in the underarm seam, the pocket lining separating or the green paint which also falls in an inconspicuous place. It would look good on the wearer.
