Vintage USN Navy Fleet Reserve Association Screwback Cloisonne Lapel Pin

Description: This is a nice, vintage lapel pin for members of the US Fleet Reserve Association, which is open to veterans of the US Navy, Coast Guard and Marine Corps. Has a small screw post fastener on the back side with matching brass nut. I'm guessing 1940s or 1950s era. Measures about 12mm at the widest point.
