It may be a picture or a post card, but not really sure. Frame measures approx. 10 1/2" tall X 8 1/4" across and holds a photo approx. 6 1/2" X 4 1/4". Sold as is. Insurance is included in shipping cost. There is no intentional misleading information in my listings, but there may be a mistake or something missed occasionally due to human error.
