This old wood tripod came to us through an estate sale, along with a few other tripods(see our other listings)This one is wood that has been painted black, it has a round, fabric covered fixed mount platform, with a camera mount screw. The legs are approximately 18 1/2 inches (stowed) The legs can be extended to approximately 58 1/2 inches.There are not angle stops on the legs.The adjustment hardware on this tripod is pretty substantial for its size, the plates are good and thick as well as the thumb screws. This is a well made tripod, and would look great with an old Antique Eastman Kodak Model no.1-A mounted to it. If you are a collector, this little tripod will make a wonderful addition to any collection
