Description: Volcano Suns LP: Farced - 1988 Original SST Records Issue Comments: Fully play-tested. I bought this directly from SST Records when it was first released. My habit then was to record all LPs to cassette on the first or second listen and then put the album on the shelf for possibly eternity, using the cassette for day to day listening. That means that including the recent play test, the record has been played 2 or maybe 3 times total in the nearly 35 years since I bought it. The album has always been carefully stored in a poly sleeve since I've owned it. Play Test Condition: Plays near mint - like new. The music sounds fantastic!Visual Record Condition: The vinyl is visually near mint - glossy and clean. The labels look like new as well.Jacket Type and Condition: The standard LP jacket is clean and glossy and looks superb. I graded it Near Mint. The only small flaw I found is a tiny ding at the lower corner on the spine side and it is only visible on the back side. This is a truly beautiful cover. Inner Sleeve Type and Condition: The inner sleeve is printed on glossy paper and looks great. I'll call the condition Excellent to allow for some light handling creases. I've placed the vinyl in a different high quality poly sleeve for further storage and shipping to prevent damage to the original.Inserts: None.Shipping Notes: The shipping charge you are asked to pay covers some of the costs I incur for postage and quality packing materials. This will be packed well for secure shipping. By default the package will travel by the slower Media Mail rate. For speedier delivery, an option to use Priority Mail shipping is provided at check-out. The post office makes no delivery time guarantee for Priority Mail, but Priority Mail packages almost always are delivered within 2 or 3 days from the time I hand them over to the post office. I generally pack and ship items sold right away and hand them over to the post office at the earliest opportunity (sometimes same day, sometimes next day).
