You get 15 SEALED bags from both sets and a gallon Ziplock bag filled with pieces. I think the Tower is more complete than the RV, but I have no idea how complete they are. There are definitely missing pieces. You get both instruction manuals. The lot also comes with the Rick figure and three zombies (all in sealed bags). Dale does not appear to be in the bags.
