Description: Includes 1 (one) embroidered 4" x 1" patch for Warner Barracks, Bamberg Germany This American Cold War Base was instrumental in keeping the Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact at bay during the Cold War era. Part of the Berlin Brigade during the Cold War. Warner Barracks,Bamberg- renamed in honor of Cpl. Henry F. Warner. Warner was killed in action on December 21, 1944 after his heroic anti-tank actions in Bütgenbach, Belgium. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor six months later, on June 23, 1945. The patch is made in the USA and hand trimmed. Great for sewing or gluing onto hats,vets,jackets,saddle bags etc. Also ideal fora Shadow Box to show off your pride in your service to the United States and the Free World and our NATO allies.
