Description: For sale here is a hard to find Pre WW2 Royal Bulgarian M36 Type A Steel Combat Helmet. This is the earliest version of this helmet with the rolled rim and extra rivets. This helmet can still be found in service today, though the Type A helmets should have been phased out long ago. This helmet sports a post war refurbishment with an apple green finish and new leather liner and chin strap. The helmet shows previous wear with a few small dings and there is some storage wear to the new paint. The leather liner and chinstrap are in as new condition. The leather liner is size marked 57.
