It does not have any of its own sounds and was made to be used in conjunction with a synthesiser, be it hardware, or software. Condition:This is a used unit. This KX5 has been painted red by a previous owner. It was originally silver. It shows some general wear from use and age like some marks nicks and scratches. The Portamento potentiometer cap is not original. Please see all photos. The ribbon controller looks a bit worn, but functions as it should. All the buttons and keys are functional. This unit has no faults to note. This KX5 powers on with 6 x AA batteries. These batteries are not included in the sale. (Please note, the MIDI input has a switch so it will not turn on unless both the batteries and MIDI cable are plugged in) This sale is for the KX5 and Yamaha hard case only. Nothing else is included.
